Postage and Packaging
Everything at Angels with Dirty Faces is made to order, so like the finest food it takes a little longer to prepare. Please allow 7 - 10 working days before receiving your goods. If in the case of any delay we will contact you.
We have two delivery charges - £2.95 for orders up to £12.00 and £4.95 for orders over £12.00. Free delivery applies to orders over £75.00. All products are sent quickly and securely with our courier or by royal mail. All parcels will need a signature to be received.

We are confident you will be delighted with your order, however if you are not satisfied with a product you must notify us within 5 working days and return the goods to :

We will be happy to give a refund or an exchange and only ask that you return the goods unused and in their original packaging. Postage and packaging are a direct cost and are non refundable.
We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. In the event of goods being faulty we will cover all costs for postage. When you receive your products please make sure you read the care labels either on the product or on the product tag as refunds will not be given to products that have been damaged in the wash. Claims for lost returned parcels cannot be claimed without proof of postage.
